- The project had rented steel beam scaffolding and a winch from Dany Roy for maneuvering groups of assembled fragments into place on the platform. It was constructed so that movement was possible on tracks in 3 directions, side to side and front to back, as well as raising and lowering by the winch mechanism itself.
